AGN appoints BBNaija’s Tega as special adviser on sexual harassment

Big Brother Naija star and actress Tega Dominic has been appointed as the Special Adviser on Sexual Harassment to the President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, Abubakar Yakubu.

The appointment was announced by the AGN on Thursday, January 29, 2026, via an Instagram Story. Reacting, Tega shared her appointment letter on Instagram and outlined her commitment to the role.

Tega rose to prominence in 2021 following her appearance on the Shine Ya Eye edition of BBNaija.

She wrote, “My commitment is clear:
Education, awareness, and accountability, zero tolerance for sexual harassment, protection and support for survivors, safe, and confidential reporting systems, and
a culture where respect is non-negotiable.”
