Alleged defilement: Magistrate court denies Baba Ijesha bail, files case to High Court
The magistrate court sitting in Yaba, Lagos state, has denied embattled actor, Omiyinka Olanrewaju popularly known as Baba Ijesha, bail following his arrest in April this year for allegedly defiling a 14-year-old when she was only 7. The victim is the foster daughter of comedienne, Princess. Baba Ijesha who has been in detention for over 25days was granted bail on May 17 by magistrates in charge of prison decongestion.
