Veteran Nollywood Actor Janmole Dies in Auto Crash
Veteran Nigerian actor, filmmaker, and comedian Okiki Adesina, popularly known as Janmole, has died following a fatal road accident.
The tragic incident reportedly occurred on Monday, with the news confirmed by TAMPAN President, Bolaji Amusan, popularly known as Mr Latin.
In a tribute shared on Instagram, Mr Latin described Janmole’s death as a painful loss to the entertainment industry and prayed for strength for his family, friends, and colleagues.
“May the soul of our departed colleague, Adesina Okiki Janmole, who tragically lost his life in an accident, rest in perfect peace,” he wrote.
Janmole’s death comes nearly four years after he survived a fire accident on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, a close call that many had described as miraculous at the time. His passing has since sparked an outpouring of tributes from fans and colleagues across the Nigerian film industry.
