“The battle line has been drawn” — Senator Jibrin Isah Reacts to APC Primary Loss
Kogi East Senator Jibrin Isah has vowed to challenge Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo politically after losing out in the APC primaries.
The senator alleged widespread irregularities during the exercise, claiming electoral materials were hijacked and officials failed to appear in several wards.
“The battle line has been drawn,” he declared.
Isah accused the process of being manipulated to weaken his supporters and said the governor allegedly turned against him over fears he could contest the governorship seat.
He also hinted at future political ambitions, stating that he would now consider running against Governor Ododo when the time comes.
