Yahaya Bello Wins APC Primary for Kogi Central Senate Seat
Former Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello has emerged winner of the APC primary for the Kogi Central Senatorial seat ahead of the 2027 elections.
Bello defeated other aspirants, including APC Diaspora Secretary Momoh Obaro and Ibrahim Yakubu Adoke, during the primary held on Monday.
His victory comes amid earlier speculation and political tension within the party over reports that his screening process may have faced challenges affecting his eligibility.
