APC chieftain Joe Igbokwe has sparked reactions online after criticising Nigerian skit makers, accusing them of flooding social media with what he described as “compound illiteracy.”
In a Facebook post shared on January 14, Igbokwe claimed that many skit creators lack originality and intellectual depth, alleging that they profit from ignorance rather than meaningful content.
He concluded by advising skit makers to return to school, insisting that social media should be used for more thoughtful and enlightening engagement
