A Nigerian man has sparked mixed reactions online after claiming that some women rely solely on attending Shiloh every year to find husbands, while neglecting personal development.
According to him, many of these women are not financially stable, do not take care of their bodies, and struggle with poor attitudes, yet still expect marriage to happen effortlessly. He argued that prayer alone is not enough and encouraged women to work on themselves by improving their finances, building confidence, maintaining their health, and developing better character.
The man concluded by criticising what he described as blind faith, insisting that while prayer has its place, personal effort and self-improvement significantly increase one’s chances of finding a partner.
