Noodles Produced in Nigeria are safe and different from the cancer-causing ones produced abroad – NAFDAC DG, Mojisola
Director-General of the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC), Mojisola Adeyeye has clarified that there is no connection between the noodles produced in Nigeria and the ones found to contain cancer-causing substances abroad. In an interview on Arise TV, She mentioned that the Nigerian government prohibited the importation of noodles made abroad a long time ago to promote local production. Adamawa INEC REC, Yunusa Ari granted bail
Hudu Yunusa-Ari, the suspended Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) of Adamawa State, has been granted bail after being investigated by the police for prematurely declaring Aisha Binani of the All Progressives Congress as the winner of the state’s gubernatorial election. Two other Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) commissioners and another official who were also being interrogated were also released on administrative bail.
