Carter Efe reacts after Babcock disputes his alleged first-class certificate

Popular content creator and streamer, Odahohwo Joseph Efe, better known as Carter Efe, has finally reacted to the controversy surrounding a viral certificate that purportedly claimed he graduated from Babcock University with a first-class degree. The institution had previously issued a formal denial regarding the document, sparking widespread debate online.

In a video addressing the matter, the skit maker appeared unfazed by the institution’s statement. Rather than offering a direct apology or explanation, he adopted a playful and defiant tone while surrounded by his team.

Carter Efe claimed he was aware that the university was looking for him, but he jokingly challenged their ability to locate him. He further raised the stakes, asserting that any attempt to meet him would come with a high price tag.

He stated, “I hear say una dey look for me, una go pay N100k for ticket to see me. I dey come.”

The statement, which he delivered while hinting that he was already on his way, drew cheers from his associates in the background. Despite the serious nature of the academic fraud allegations, Efe’s response maintained his signature persona of comedic deflection.

As of now, the controversy continues to circulate across social media platforms, with public opinion split between those criticizing the fake credential and those entertained by the streamer’s unconventional reaction.
