“People Are Doing Things They Never Imagined” — Nedu Speaks on Rising Cost of Living
Popular media personality Nedu Wazobia has expressed concern over the rising cost of living in Nigeria, saying survival has become a daily struggle for many citizens.
Speaking in a recent video, Nedu highlighted the increasing costs of food, rent, school fees, transportation, fuel and healthcare, noting that even people earning salaries are struggling to meet their basic needs.
He said the economic pressure has pushed some Nigerians into actions they never imagined they would take.
“People are doing things they never imagined they would do, hurting people, betraying people, cutting corners, not necessarily because they were born wicked but because survival has become a daily battle in this country.”
Nedu called for an economy where hard work can provide a decent living, saying Nigerians deserve “a little less fear and a little more hope.”
