Kidnappers release twin children of popular Ibadan Islamic cleric
Abductors who kidnapped the twin children of popular Ibadan-based Muslim cleric, Sheik Taofeeq Akeugbagold, have released them after eight days in captivity. The Emir of Rano, Dr Tafida Abubakar Ila II, is dead. Reports had it that he was severely sick and was rushed to Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital (AKTH) yesterday in a critical state.
