APC National chairman, Adamu Abdullahi, resigns from Senate
The new chairman of the All Progressives Congress APC, Senator Abdullahi Adamu has resigned from his seat as the Senator representing Nasarawa North Senatorial District in the Nigerian Senate. He sent in his resignation letter today April 12 following his election as the National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) on March 26. Young man kills his girlfriend in Lagos, sleeps with her corpse for six days
Officers of the Lagos state police command have arrested a young man identified as Ifeanyi Njoku for allegedly killing his girlfriend, Precious Okeke, 24, in an estate at Badore, Ajah, Lagos. The suspect was said to have brought the victim from the village and newly moved into the estate only to kill her for rituals.
