NDLEA arrests Nigerian billionaire over N3bn Tramadol linked to Abba Kyari
The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has announced the arrest of a Nigerian “billionaire drug baron”, Chief Afam Mallinson Emmanuel Ukatu, Chairman of Mallinson Group.His arrest was made known in a statement by NDLEA Media Director, Femi Babafemi on Monday.
