Chairman of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, Brig. Gen. Mohamed Buba Marwa has asked that youth corps members undergo drug test as they report for their mandatory one year national service at the various orientation camps across the country as part of drug demand reduction efforts of the anti-narcotic agency. Pastor Tunde Bakare of The Citadel Global Community Church has claimed that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission will go after some of the aspirants that contested in the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential primary.The cleric made these remarks at the party’s special convention on Tuesday night.“Many of these contestants, time will tell. Presidential primaries: APC governors prune down proposed aspirants to three
All Progressives Congress( APC) governors have cut down the list of proposed presidential aspirants to three. The Governors had initially proposed a five-man list of aspirants to President Muhammadu Buhari to consider for consensus. Amongst the names they earlier suggested to President Buhari were Asiwaju Bola Tinubu; Vice President Yemi Osinbajo; Rotimi Amaechi; Governor Kayode Fayemi and Governor Dave Umahi.
