Deborah, a 200-level Home Economics student of Shehu Shagari College of Education in Sokoto, said to have made a comment in her school’s WhatsApp platform which her Muslim colleagues considered to blaspheme Prophet Mohammed (SAW). ASUU to suspend strike for three months, to begin indefinite strike if demands are not met
The Academic Staff Union of Universities ASUU have promised to suspend the ongoing strike for a grace period of 3 months. The development was shared in the union’s social media page.
