DSS seizes Emefiele’s passport, to carry out house and office search
The Department of State Services has taken possession of the passport belonging to Godwin Emefiele, the suspended Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria. Emefiele was apprehended in Lagos over the weekend and later transported to Abuja. According to Punch, there is a possibility that the DSS will conduct searches of Emefiele’s residence and workplace within this week.
