On Friday, February 9, around 12:55 am, the operatives of FCT Police Command affiliated with the Rapid Response Squad 74 (RRS 74) intercepted Muhammad Isah ‘m’ of Kafanchan, Kaduna, in a Toyota Hiace bus with Registration Number APP 489 XE.
