The Court of Appeal has confirmed Natasha Akpoti-Uduagan of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as the victor of the Kogi Central Senatorial election that took place in February. In a ruling by a three-member panel of the appeal court, an appeal lodged by Sen. Abubakar Ohere of the All Progressives Congress (APC) was dismissed.
