President Mohammadu Buhari has returned to Nigeria after attending the three-day Russia-Africa Economic Summit with about 40 heads of State in attendance. The Minister of Communication and Digital Economy, Isa Pantami has ordered the Nigerian Communications commission (NCC) to sanction any telecommunication firm imposing illegal charges on customers.
