Ogun State Government plan to start locking Houses without Toilets
The Ogun State government says it will begin to lock up houses without toilet facilities and arrest the landlords to face punishment which was as a result of the cholera outbreak in the state This was according to a statement by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Health, Dr Adesanya Ayunde who said the directive will kick start from next week. “Government will soon send its workers to inspect houses across the state. Any house owner who fails to provide toilet in his house will be made to face the consequences,” the Permanent Secretary stated.

LASTMA Official attacked and killed by Mob in Lagos
An official of Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, LASTMA, identified as Ola Oyesina has reportedly died after being attacked by an angry mob around Igamu area of Lagos State. The victim was attacked last week Saturday during the course of sanitising Iganmu-Sifax area of gridlock. A source reported that a stone was thrown at him and he was rushed to Randle Hospital, Surulere but was later rushed to Lagos University Teaching Hospital, LUTH, Idiaraba for further treatment. However, the LASTMA official reportedly lost the battle for his life, late Saturday evening at the Emergency Section of LUTH.
