The leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu has announced his plan to attend the burial of his parents slated for February 14, 2020. Zainab Ahmed, the minister of finance, budget and national planning, says the implementation of the new value-added tax rate will begin on February 1, 2o2o.
