Apostle Suleman mocks Nigerian electoral system as Supreme Court sacks David Lyon as winner of Bayelsa governorship election
Apostle Johnson Suleman has reacted to the Supreme Court Judgement which sacked David Lyon of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as winner of Bayelsa governorship election. The General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministeries in his tweet said Nigerian politics is becoming comical with the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) conducting election while the supreme court declares its winners. He tweeted; “Nigeria politics is becoming comical. INEC conducts election and announces results but the supreme court declares winners.“So even if you don’t do well in election just be ready to do well in court..political quagmire, catalytic and epileptic electoral process.”

First Coronavirus Case In Africa Recorded In Egypt
The Egyptian Health Ministry has confirmed its first case of the deadly Coronavirus, making it the first in Africa. In a statement released on Friday, Febuary 14, the authorities revealed they have notified the World Health Organization and the patient has been placed in isolation in a hospital for treatment and monitoring. The nationality of the person was not given in the joint statement with the population ministry, which added that they had shown no “symptoms”. Yesterday, the Oluwo of Iwo, Oba Abdulrasheed Akanbi, was accused of beating up the Agbowu of Ogbagbaa, Oba Dhirulahi Akinropo, during a peace meeting to resolve a land tussle among monarchs within Iwo axis. Oba Akanbi was accused of attacking Oba Akinropo in the office of the Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG) Zone 11 Bashir Makama, who convened the peace meeting which other monarchs, top police and government officers attended. Thugs attack Residence of Bayelsa Governor-Elect, Duoye Diri
Some political thugs this afternoon attacked the home of Bayelsa state governor-elect, Duoye Diri. The thugs said to be about 50 in number, stormed the residence located on Imgbi Road, Amarata, Yenagoa, the state capital and started destroying all property in sight.
