    Kano state’s Public Complaint and Anti-Corruption Commission (PCACC) has been barred from investigating the Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi pending the hearing of an appeal filed by the monarch. This came after the commission insisted on investigating Emir Sanusi over alleged sale of landed properties belonging to Kano Emirate. Emir Sanusi however dragged the commission to court and sought for an order to restrain it from investigating him over alleged land racketeering to the tune of N2.2billion.
