Covid-19 test kit has been developed and will be made available commercially- FG
The Federal Government has made it known that Nigeria has developed the RNA-Swift, a test kit for the identification of SARS-COV-2 the causative agent of COVID-19. According to the Ministry of Science and Technology, the development of the test kit was aimed at speeding up effective testing of Nigerians during the pandemic as it will now be made available commercially. Police arrest Nurse who carried out abortion for Pastor who impregnated his daughter.
Nurse Ogundimu Monilola has been arrested for helping the CAC Pastor, Oluwafemi Oyebola, to carry out series of abortions on his 24–year–old daughter which he impregnated three times in Ogun State. A popular medical doctor in Ondo State, Dr. Timothy Adeyeri has died of COVID-19 complications. He died on Thursday at the Federal Medical Centre FMC, Owo. The doctor was said to have been battling an underlying illness before he contracted the deadly virus. Nassarawa APC Chairman allegedly caught defiling two girls
Christopher Ogah who is said to be the chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Obi Ward, Nassarawa state was allegedly caught defiling two girls aged 12 and 13 years respectively. Covid-19: FG suspends reopening of school indefinitely
Minister of Education, Adamu Adamu has taken a U-turn on the issue of reopening schools in the country.
