CAMA: FG ignores warnings, calls on organizations involved to to subject finances for auditing
The Corporate Affairs Commission, CAC has ignored all wailings and warnings against the Company and Allied Matters Act, CAMA saying the new act has come to stay in the country. The Commission said it was only waiting for the legislature to gazette it for immediate implementation of the law. Aisha Buhari, wife of President Muhammadu Buhari and her daughter, Hanan have reportedly escaped a plane crash while returning from UAE to Nigeria. The first lady was flown to Dubai for a neck pain treatment. Jet crashes into fence at Lagos airport due to brake failure (Photo)
A Jet belonging to king air jet, King Air 200 jet with registration number 5N-HIS crashed into a fence at the General Aviation Terminal of the Lagos Airport on Friday August 21, after suffering brake failure. According to an eyewitness; “The accident happened around 10:00am at a tarmac beside Bristow Helicopter Hanger 3. The brake of the jet was not functioning which led to the collision of the jet with the fence of Bristow Helicopter hanger” the eyewitness said The Accident Investigation Bureau (AIB) says an investigation has commenced to determine the cause of the accident.

Final Year Student of Nasarawa State University dies trying to a rescue a man being electrocuted
Haruna Zaidu, a final year student of Nasarawa state University has lost his life while trying to rescue a trader who was being electrocuted at the GSM market in Keffi, on Monday, August 17. Covid-19: FG soon to begin testing trial drugs in 13 states
The Nigerian Government says it will soon begin its investigate Covid-19 drug trial at 22 sites in 13 States in the country. This was confirmed by PTF’s National Coordinator, Sani Aliyu, during a media briefing on Thursday.
