The University of Transportation is a donation by the Chinese Government – Amaechi
Minister of transportation, Rotimi Amaechi has disclosed that the construction of the University of Transportation, Daura is a donation from the Chinese government as the CCECC is constructing the university for free. He said that the Chinese government would also build a primary and secondary school which will cater for the educational needs of children whose families work there. He spoke in Daura, Katsina State, during his maiden inspection tour of the ongoing project. Farmer arrested for allegedly killing herdsman whose Cow grazed on his farm
27-year-old Abraham Alamu, a farmer in Ogbomosho has been arrested by men of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps NSCDC for allegedly killing a herdsman whose cow grazed on his farm.
