Governor of Ondo State, Rotimi Akeredolu has taken to social media to mourn his health commissioner, Wahab Adegbenro who died of coronavirus. Akeredolu’s wife, Betty, security aides test positive for Coronavirus
Wife of Ondo State Governor, Betty Anyanwu- Akeredolu has tested positive for Coronavirus. This comes few days after Governor Akeredolu began self isolating when he tested positive for the virus. Covid-19: Ondo State commissioner of health is dead
The Commissioner for Health in Ondo state, Dr Wahab Adegbenro, has died. He died of COVID-19 at the state infectious disease hospital in Akure on Thursday July 2. He was 65 years old. This comes days after the Governor of the state, Rotimi Akeredolu tested positive for the virus.

WHO reacts as T.B Joshua heals Coronavirus Patient
The World Health Organization (WHO) has reacted to reports of the General Overseer of the synagogue church of all nations (SCOAN), T.B Joshua healing a Coronavirus patient. Police denies arresting Seyitan who accused D’banj of rape
The Nigerian police has denied claims of arresting Seyitan Babatayo, the lady who accused singer, D’banj, of rape. Interstate travel: FG gives guidelines for transporters
The federal government has set guidelines for transporters as they engage in interstate travels. According to the minister of state for transportation, Gbemisola Saraki, if the guidelines are not adhered to, the operational permit of the transporters will be withdrawn. FG announces resumption of domestic flights
The Nigerian Government has announced the resumption of domestic flights in the country.
