Flying Officer Arotile to be laid to rest on Thursday, 23rd July.
The remains of late Flying Officer Tolulope Arotile, the Nigerian Air Force’s (NAF’s) first female combat helicopter pilot, who died on 14 July 2020, will be laid to rest with full military honours at the National Military Cemetery in Abuja on Thursday, July 23. This was disclosed in a statement released by the Director of Public Relations and Information of the Nigerian Air Force, Air Commodore Ibikunle Daramola.

Fraud: EFCC arrest Uniport Undergraduate, Mother and Girlfriend following Petition from FBI
The economic and financial crimes commission EFCC Benin Zonal Office on Thursday, July 16, 2020, arrested a 22-year old Computer Science undergraduate of the University of Port Harcourt, Kenneth Gift, his girlfriend, Dandy Spice and mother, Dorah Aninah for suspected internet fraud in Agbor, Delta State. Gabon appoints first female Prime Minister, Rose Christiane Ossouka Raponda
President of Gabon, Ali Bongo has promoted his defence minister Rose Christiane Ossouka Raponda to prime minister, making her the first woman in the country to hold the office. This was according to a statement by the Secretary-General of the Presidency, Jean-Yves Teal. Ossouka Raponda, 56, has served as defence minister since February 2019.
