Husband to former Minister of Finance Senator Nenadi Usman, is dead. Dr. Sa’ad Usman was the Emir of Jere, Kaduna State before his demise. The younger brother of the deceased announced the death of the monarch on Wednesday, he wrote: “Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Illaihi Rajiun. Kogi State Commissioner for Water resources, Abudulmumuni Danga, has been accused of physically assaulting a lady, Elizabeth Oyeniyi (Queen NiNa) over a Facebook post she made about him and his family. A former governorship candidate of the state, Natasha Akpoti, called out the Commissioner on Facebook, demanding for an investigation into the matter. Covid-19: Adedeji Adeleke donates N500m
Davido’s Father, Mr Adedeji Adeleke has donated the sum of N500m to the Government to assist in the fight against coronavirus. Davido shared the news on his Twitter page as he added that the Adeleke’s will also be donating 6,640 bags of rice to the Ogun State Government for distribution and will later this week begin the distribution of the N250m worth of rice in 332 wards in Osun State.
