COVID-19: Kaduna State shuts down all Schools
The Ministry of Education in Kaduna State has directed all schools in the State to close on Wednesday, 16th December 2020 following the increase in Covid-19 cases in the state.
This was contained in a statement on Monday by the Commissioner of Education, Dr Shehu Muhammad Makarfi. According to him, the ministry decided to shut down the schools to contain the spread of the pandemic adding that all academic institutions must comply with the directive latest on Wednesday, December, 16.
He said, “the ministry wishes to inform the general public, parents, guardians and students of the date of school’s closure due to rising cases of COVID-19 infections in the state which shows a replicate of figures recorded in the first wave of the pandemic in April, May and June 2020. Indicating that a new wave of the infection is rapidly spreading across the state,” part of the statement read.

Another lock down is looming in the country because the way this pandemic rescusitated will still affect everything this time around, it’s only God we hope onto.
We have not fully recovered from the previous lock down then another one is about to set in, God we seek for your divine intervention because we can’t handle it alone.
