Twitter users didn’t waste much time to mock the man.
@MikeHell7 also shared another photo of him lying on an operating table in a teaching hospital while doctors operated on him to remove the nut from his male member.
He wrote: “A Nigerian guy once tried to masturbate using Nuts and Bolts. This is how it ended; Doctors had to operate on him to remove it. Was it worth the Nut?”
