“Atiku is a serial loser. He will still contest, lose in 2031” – Wike
FCT Minister Nyesom Wike has criticised former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, describing him as a “serial contestant and loser” while dismissing his claims that the current administration has achieved little.
Speaking during an inspection of road projects in Abuja, Wike challenged Atiku to compare the state of the FCT during his tenure with the present.
“Atiku is a serial failure… Nigerians would be laughing at such a statement,” he said.
Wike insisted governance would not be distracted by politics, assuring that major projects, including the Airport–Kuje and Kuje–Gwagwalada roads, would be completed on schedule.
“Our focus is clear: deliver projects and improve lives,” he added.
He also dismissed allegations by the ADC that the FCT administration tried to block its convention, calling the claims baseless.
