Fani-Kayode Denies Rejection as German Ambassador, Labels Reports ‘Fake News’
Former Aviation Minister Femi Fani-Kayode has dismissed claims that Germany rejected him as an ambassador, describing the reports as false.
In a post on X, he alleged that opposition figures were behind the rumours due to dissatisfaction with his appointment.
He maintained that he remains committed to serving the country.
He wrote: “Fake news everywhere.
“These opposition elements are so pained by my appointment and they are doing everything to discredit me and scuttle it.
“Whether they like it or not I will serve my country! Keep crying!”
