“I have not been the best dad, I want to do more” – 2face Idibia
Legendary Nigerian singer 2Face Idibia has admitted that he has not fully lived up to his responsibilities as a father.
Speaking on the Mic On podcast hosted by Seun Okinbaloye, the music icon said he believes a present father figure is crucial in a child’s upbringing and acknowledged that he is “lagging behind” in that role. He added that he is committed to improving but prefers to keep details of his personal life private.
2Face has eight children from four women: two with Sumbo Ajaba-Adeoye, three with Pero Adeniyi, two with his ex-wife Annie Macaulay, and one with his current wife, Natasha Osawaru
“I want to really contribute to society positively. I want to be among those who make something meaningful happen. I want to contribute my own little quota to help society.
“I have not been the best daddy. I want to do more. However, privacy is very important,” he said.
