2027: Stop dreaming of presidency, Tinubu will rule till 2031 – Igbokwe tells Obi, Atiku
All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain Joe Igbokwe has called on aspiring presidential candidates to abandon their ambitions.
This statement comes amid speculations about a possible alliance between Labour Party’s 2023 presidential candidate, Peter Obi, and the Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) Atiku Abubakar to unseat President Bola Tinubu in the next election.
In a Facebook post, Igbokwe warned against such aspirations, asserting that Tinubu will remain Nigeria’s president until 2031. He emphasized that Tinubu requires a second term to “set the records straight.”
“If any presidential aspirant is dreaming of winning presidential elections in 2027, I will advise that candidate to perish the thought till 2031.
“PBAT is destined to remain in the seat of power till 2031. He needs eight years to set the records straight,” he wrote
