Prominent socio-political activist Aisha Yesufu has taken a swipe at former Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike, branding him a “village champion.”
Yesufu accused Wike of misinterpreting the dynamics of Abuja, the nation’s capital, with those of Port Harcourt, Rivers State’s capital, where his influence once instilled fear. According to her, Wike’s approach in Abuja appears misplaced, as the political landscape in the federal capital operates differently.
“Wike thinks Abuja is Port Harcourt, where he was a local champion and everyone shook at the mention of his name!” Yesufu wrote on X.
