Wike intends to destroy PDP — Atiku’s aide Ibe

Ibe, the Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to Atiku Abubakar, the former presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has accused Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), of having malicious intentions.

According to Ibe, Wike’s decision to stay in the PDP is aimed at undermining and destroying the party. This statement was in response to Wike’s remarks that he would prefer to remain in the PDP and fight rather than defect to the APC

Reacting to this Ibe wrote: “Yes, it is good to fight. But it depends on what you are fighting for (read destroying). If a son stands by and watches his father being insulted and denigrated without putting up a fight in defence of his beloved father, then such a son stands qualified to be identified as a bastard.

“Only a prodigal son will mortgage his father’s inheritance. And only a Judas Iscariot will sell his master for 30 pieces of silver.”
