Bobrisky transferred from Ikoyi to Kirikiri Prison
The Nigerian Correctional Service (NCS) has transferred controversial cross-dresser Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, from the Ikoyi Correctional Center to Kirikiri Prison.
Last Friday, April 12, Bobrisky was convicted and sentenced to six months in prison for currency abuse, after which the judge ordered his remand at the Ikoyi correctional center in Lagos.
According to reports from Leadership, the social media figure has since been quietly relocated to Kirikiri Prison.
A source said that due to security reasons, Okuneye was quietly moved to the facility where he will serve his term.
The source was quoted as saying;
“It is procedural that he is moved to Kirikiri since it is an expansive prison compared to what we have here.”
