Good riddance to the worst CBN Governor in History – Tinubu’s aide, Onanuga mocks Emefiele

Bayo Onanuga, the spokesperson for the Tinubu/Shettima presidential campaign council, has ridiculed Godwin Emefiele following his suspension as the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).

Onanuga’s remarks came in response to Emefiele’s suspension, which occurred on Friday evening. In his place, Mr. Folashodun Adebisi Shonubi has been appointed as the acting Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria.

Expressing his thoughts on the matter via his official Twitter handle, Onanuga characterized it as a “Good riddance to the worst CBN Governor in History.”
