If the Court of Justice will live up to its true bidding, Peter Obi will be the next president of Nigeria – Kenneth Okonkwo

A Spokesman of Labour Party, Kenneth Okonkwo has expressed that if the Judiciary lives up to its true bidding of being a court of justice, then his principal, Peter Obi will be the next President of Nigeria.

He stated this while featuring as a guest on News Central’s program, Politics HQ, recently.

According to him, section 134 2b of the Nigerian constitution made it clear that any candidate who did not score 25 percent of votes in the Federal Capital Territory, ought not to be declared the winner of a presidential election adding that it is up to the Judiciary to live up to its true bidding.

“If the court of justice will live up to its true bidding of being a court of justice, I will tell you by the grace of God, Peter Obi will be the next President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, he said
