2023 elections may not hold if insecurity persists – Ex-DSS Director, Ejiofor warns
Mike Ejiofor, a former Director of the Department of State Services, DSS, on Monday, warned that the 2023 general elections may not hold due to the worsening state of insecurity across Nigeria.
Ejiofor who spoke on Channels Television’s Sunrise Daily said the current insecurity issue may lead to anarchy and crisis if not tackled now.
“If we don’t get these things right before 2023 elections, if we don’t get these things sorted out the various security challenges in the various geopolitical zones, I can assure you that there won’t be elections.
“There will be a crisis in this country, there will be anarchy. We need to sort out this thing before 2023. Let us talk about this country before talking about elections. If we continue like this, there won’t be elections in 2023 because of series of agitations, he said
that is not going to happens as we will vote them out by God grace…….
The current administration may be using this insecurity not to allow the 2023 to hold, I pray God won’t allow them
2023 will come to stay by God’s grace without doubt
I urge this present administration do the needful about this insecurity in the nation because it’s getting out of hand
Government should do the investigation and brought those responsible for it to book
