UK medical checkup: Hand over power to Osinbajo – Dino Melaye tells Buhari

The presidency yesterday disclosed that Buhari was billed to depart Nigeria on Tuesday (today) for the UK for a medical check-up.

This decision has trailed several reactions

Reacting to this, Dino Melaye, former Kogi West Senator adviced that Buhari hand over to the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo before embarking on his trip by writing to the National Assembly.

Melaye tweeted:

“The president should transfer power to the Vice President through a letter to the National Assembly before leaving the country in-line with constitutional provision. SDM”
