Shehu Sani outlines ways government can secure schools in the north
Senator Shehu Sani has shared precautionary measures the government can take to secure schools in the north.
He shared this in a tweet via his Twitter handle after the Kankara schoolboys were released.
He wrote;
How to protect Schools in Northern Nigeria;Abolish boarding schools in rural areas,Drill students & Teachers on emergency security measures,Create a special security unit for schools,Build perimeter walls around schools,Install CCTV & alarm systems in schools,Intensify prayers.
Though, you have a points but talk to yourself in the that region, you are the one harboring the criminals without handling them to security agencies.
Prayers without working towards it is nothing, you also need to secure your region by yourself because if all these are done and you didn’t work towards it it’s no avail.
You (notherners) need ask yourself, why is this insecurities persist in this region? Once you have answer to that everything is solved.
If the government can do that maybe it will reduce all these students abduction in that region. It’s a welcome development if only they will listen to you.
It’s now that you people waking up your sleeping slumber abi because you people can’t protect the citizens under your care that’s why you people want to abolish boarden schools in this country.
It’s a very nice idea that if implemented will help a long way to secure the schools in the North

All this is basic amenities that government should provide but all what 9ja government cared about is there pockets…..
You’re already right I believe strongly that people they are put together then the insecurity in the northern area of Nigeria will be minimised
