Igbo Presidency is not negotiable in 2023 – Abaribe
Senate Minority Leader and Senator for Abia South Senatorial District, Enyinnaya Abaribe has stated that the quest for Igbo presidency in 2023 is not negotiable.
The senator made the declaration after being presented with a Legacy Merit Award as the “Most Outstanding Performing Senator in the Southeast 2020” by the NUJ, Imo State council in an event in which he was represented by his aide, Chief Chijioke Ukoh.
Abaribe stated that giving up the agitation to accord the zone equal opportunities with other parts of the country, will deepen their already existing pitiable condition and thus subject her people to second class citizens.
He urged Igbos not to relent but to remain firm, resolute, and undaunted in the face of legions of challenges as there is always light at the end of the tunnel.
Hmmmmm
Hope they won’t impose ipob on nigerian
We want that to happen in 2023, you people should try and work it out.
Are th igbos going to make a difference or make matter worse. Is not about contesting for elections what the probability of you winning.
yes ooo never negotiable
It could be a mirage if you have not worked to actualise it
Credible leader is what we seek regardless the ethnic group…it is time we shun favoritism and embrace the truth.
We need someone to save Nigeria,it doesn’t matter if he is any tribes. As long as he will move Nigeria forward
I hope this won’t be a mere just mouth take and you will be able to work together to achieve this.
What I could perceive in this nation is that tribe doesn’t matter and I think what matter most is competency.
That’s where we we use to get it wrong, always tribalistic with everything we do in Nigeria, which is not ought to be so.
In 2023, whether it’s Igbo, hausa or Yoruba we need competent candidate. Though, hausa has done with there slot and the race ought to be between Yoruba and Igbo but all the same we need competent hand.
I laugh in Swahili
Do you people think that they will allow the Igbos to rule this country? I doubt it.
Yessooo it is not supposed to be negotiable
This is their time and there should be no more excuse in any form whatsoever to deny them of that
