A country that pardons terrorists wants to kill a man for blasphemy – Apostle Suleman
Apostle Johnson Suleman of Omega Fire Ministries, has reacted to the death sentenced passed on a 30-year-old singer in Kano for blasphemy.
In a tweet he shared via his twitter handle he lamented how a country who pardons terrorists will want to kill a man for blasphemy adding that even the people of Saudi Arabia would be shocked.
He wrote:
“A country that pardons terrorists wants to kill a man for blasphemy. I am sure even Saudi Arabia is shocked. The worst form of deception is self-deceit.”
An Upper Sharia Court sitting in Kano had convicted Yahaya Sharif-Aminu, to death by hanging for comments against Prophet Mohammad.
The trial Judge, Khadi Muhammad Ali-Kani had ruled that Sharif-Aminu’s audio remark against Prophet Mohammad was against Islamic law and was sentenced to death by hanging.
that is to show that they value the life of the criminals because they re also criminals sir don’t mind them is God that will come for our rescue in they hand
This country is smtin else
This judgement is unfair
I really do not understand this..o
Why should they slam a death sentence on a singer for this and pardon bokoharam members that have killed tens and dozens of people
They should leave this guy to go..o
Capital punishment by the way is not a solution to any problem
Though, o didn’t support the giving of amnesty to terrorist in lieu of this, some people will see as right things to get something from the government but when we are talking about shari’a law I can’t dabble in to it.
I think government should have given him second chance because those pardoned bokoharams were giving second chance. May be if he appeal the judgement he might got pardoned.
Really the people should render mercy for man of God.
I think this country is turn to something else.may God help us
True…
It’s a pity.
The country leaders are confused.
They are confused.
Pray for our leaders sir.
