Two ATBU final year students and a prospective Corps member die in motor accident (Photo)
Two final year students and a recent graduate of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa university (ATBU) were involved in a motor accident. Aminu Ahmed, a 500 level Electrical/Electronic Engineering and Abubakar, also 500 level, died in ghastly motor accidents on Wednesday September 2, and Thursday September 3. According to reports, one Dahiru Musa Hardo, a recent graduate of the institution, who was preparing for the mandatory one year national youth service also died in an accident on his way to his hometown, Toro, two weeks ago.

Former Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi has debunked rumours of him running for Presidency come 2023. The former Central Bank Governor while speaking on Arise TV on Friday expressed that he doesn’t have any interest in politics. Nigerian Government receive samples of Covid-19 vaccine from Russia
The Nigerian government on Friday said it has received samples of Russia’s COVID-19 vaccine. Minister of Health, Osagie Ehanire received the samples from the Russia Ambassador to Nigeria, Alexey Shebarshin, during a visit to the ministry in Abuja, on Friday. NAPTIP arrests four women for allegedly selling a newborn baby for N1.5m
Officials of National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) have arrested four women for allegedly selling a newborn baby for N1,500,000. According to NAPTIP officials, two of the women, Bernadette Ihezuo and Cecilia Onyema, are civil servants with the Federal Ministry of Finance Abuja, and Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, respectively.
