The Abubakar Shekau-led faction of Boko Haram has released a video confirming that abducted students of the Government Science Secondary school in Kankara, Katsina State, are in their custody. FRSC Mandates NIN as requirement for Processing Driver’s License
The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has announced the compulsory use of the National Identity Number (NIN), to obtain a driver’s license.
