Crossover Services: CAN directs Lagos Churches to end by 11pm
Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) has advised churches in Lagos to adhere to the curfew imposed by the Lagos State Government, as it has directed all churches to close their crossover services on December 31st by 11 pm. Gunmen kidnap auxiliary Bishop and his driver in Owerri
The Auxiliary Bishop of Owerri Catholic Archdiocese, Most Rev. Dr. Moses Chikwe and his driver have been abducted by unknown gunmen. The Bishop was being chauffeured when their vehicle was attacked along the World Bank – Umuguma road in the evening on Sunday, December 27. The car was later dropped at the Assumpta Cathedral.
