The Presidential Task Force on COVID19 has announced that the Federal government is not considering a fresh lockdown in the wake of the second wave of the pandemic. Army’s Defence Headquarters (DHQ) has raised an alarm about insurgents buying fertilizers to make bombs. This was disclosed in a statement by the Coordinator of the Directorate of Defence Media Operations, (DDMO), Maj. Gen. Bishop of Sokoto Catholic Diocese, Matthew Kukah has expressed that the wounds of the civil war have not yet healed.
