Insecurity: Camels ferry deadly Weapons through Northern borders – ACF alleges
The Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF), has alleged that camels are now being used to bring in “Rocket Propelled Grenades, RPGs” and “anti-aircraft guns” into the country through the borders in the region. According to a statement by the National Chairman of the ACF, Chief Audu Ogbeh, the weapons were being ferried into the country from a neighboring country. The Kaduna State Urban Planning and Development Authority (KASUPDA) has demolished a hotel billed to host a sex party in the city, points out violation of COVID-19 protocols. The agency shared the development in a tweet via its twitter handle with photos to show for it. “KASUPDA have demolished Asher Hotel in Barnawa Kaduna South. A chief magistrate’s court sitting in Dutse, Jigawa State capital has sentenced one Sabi’u Ibrahim Chamo, to prison over his post on Facebook against the State Governor, Badaru Abubakar Chamo had alleged that the governor had duped many APC aspirants by collecting their money to give them party tickets. Covid-19: Ogun bans Crossover Services
The Ogun State Government has banned crossover services to usher in the New Year in all worship centres across the state in a bid to curtail Coronavirus. The announcement was made on the state-owned radio station, Ogun State Broadcasting (OGBC), by the State Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Waheed Odusile on Wednesday. This was sequel to a meeting the government held with the Christian and Islamic clerics in adherence to the Covid-19 protocols.
