Honest secondary school student gets cash reward of N340,000 for returning lost phone to owner in Port Harcourt
A Senior Secondary school student identified as Philemon Igbokwe has been showered with cash gifts for his rare feat of honesty by returning a lost phone to the owner in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. A lawyer, Emma Okah, who disclosed this on Facebook on Sunday, April 11, said the boy saw the mobile phone forgotten by a wedding guest in the restroom of an event centre. The O’odua Peoples Congress has lampooned former the Chief of Army Staff and immediate past Minister of Interior, Lt. Gen. Gunmen suspected to be kidnappers have abducted a Catholic priest, Rev. Prof. Izu Marcell Onyeocha, in Imo State. The People’s Democratic Party’s congress for north west zone has ended in chaos in Kaduna. A chaotic scene was recorded after supporters of major contenders for the position of National Vice Chairman of the zone clashed.
